RBC Heritage Event “private event – by invitation only”
Itinerary
We are looking forward to you and your guest joining us for a week full of cocktails, the world’s best golf, and perfect weather. The 2024 RBC Heritage kicks off April 16th-22nd, and the Sam Carbis Solutions Group has the best seats in the house for the action. Our hospitality house is located just behind the 6th green at 15 Fern Court, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.
The house is continually stocked with your favorite beverages and snacks to keep you comfortable while watching the world’s best golfers.
You can watch golf from the back porch or on the big screen from the comfort of the house. Guests can access the course directly from the back porch.

Tuesday
Guests begin to arrive. The hotel is Springhill Suites, Hilton Head.

Wednesday
- Golf – Morning and afternoon tee times are available.
Contact Jason Shannon at 1-843-687-0784 if you are interested in booking a tee time. - Brunch – 10 am. at Skillets. Next a short walk to Carolina Tasting Room for some wine tasting. This is all located in the Coligny Plaza Shopping Center, where we can take some time to shop before heading back to the hotel.
Thursday
Day 1 of the tournament
- Hospitality House located behind the 6th green, opens at 9:00 a.m.

- After Dinner, high-end bourbon tasting and cigar pairings.
Friday
Day 2 of the tournament
- Hospitality House opens at 9:00 a.m.
- Spa Day at Whisper Creek for those who wish to attend.
